Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange your order within 7 days of the date of delivery.
Atelier de ray does not provide free shipping for returns
Conditions for a successful return:
- The products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged
- The identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal
- The products are returned in their original packaging
- It is not possible to send an exchange request for one or more products that were purchased using a promotional code
- The new item’s value must be equal or greater than that of the item exchanged
- Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Atelier de ray does not provide free shipping for returns. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and custom duties. More information on steps and procedure will be provided upon request.
RETURN PROCESS
To process a return, please contact us at Info@Atelierderay.com, within 7 days of the date of delivery.
- Email: Info@Atelierderay.com stating your order number, products you would like to exchange & the reason for exchange
Please include your phone number in the event we need to call you for additional information. - Once your email is received and return request is approved, we will send you an email containing your return label and Return ID.
- Please enter your Return ID on the form given, and include with your return.
- Please print and attach the return label onto your shipping box and drop off at your nearest DHL location. You may also schedule a pickup with any of these mail carriers.
- Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and taxes
