AND FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS ABOVE 200$.

TRACKING MY ORDER

Once you’ve put in an order on www.Atelierderay.com, you will receive an e-mailed confirmation, along with your tracking details. The notification will be sent to the e-mail address registered with your Atelier de ray account, or used during the checkout process.
E-mail address field is not mandatory, but it is recommended to be able to track your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Atelier de ray ships with Aramex in Lebanon for free.
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Atelier de ray ships with DHL and Aramex globally and to any location in the world.
Shipping time is usually 2 to 5 working days – Depending on the destination.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, kindly contact us in this case.

SHIPPING RATES

International shipping cost is calculated based on a number of factors including the shipping provider (DHL or Aramex), the volumetric weight of the items purchased and the destination of the package.
